- Add Rows – This feature is for adding rows. Once you clicked on Add rows function below pop-up will get appeared. There you need to provide number of rows that you want to add.
- Delete Rows – This feature is for deleting rows. Once you clicked on delete rows function below pop-up will get appeared. There you need to provide number of rows that you want to delete.
- Clear Active Sheet – If you want to clear all the data from your active sheet then you need to use this function. Once you clicked on Clear active sheet, below pop-up will come and then you need to click on OK.
- Clear Selected Columns – If you want to clear some columns from active sheet then you need to use this function. Firstly select those columns that you want to clear and then click on Clear selected columns, below pop-up will come and then you need to click on OK
- Clear Selected Rows – If you want to clear some rows from active sheet then you need to use this function. Firstly select those rows that you want to clear and then click on Clear selected rows, below pop-up will come and then you need to click on OK.
- Generate JSON output – User can also extract the data through this utility in JSON Format for direct upload on NIC site.
- Add mapping Column – While doing mapping if you want to add column then you need to use this function. Once you clicked on Add mapping column, column will get added.
- Delete mapping Column – While doing mapping if you want to delete column then you need to use this function. Once you clicked on delete mapping column, column will get deleted.
- Clear mapping Column – While doing mapping if you want to clear column then you need to use this function. Once you clicked on clear mapping column, column will get cleared.
- Field Info – In help section, If you want to know any information about any field present in utility tool then you need to select that field and click on Field Info function. It will give you the explanation for that field.
- Legend Info – In help section, here in ledger info you will come to know about the color coding used in this utility tool. E.g. grey color field is text field, yellow color field is list field i.e. here you need to select values from drop down.
