How to share invoice details with customers via Email ?

  • By using this facility, you can share your invoice details with your customers.
  • Select the invoices that you want to send and click on ‘send mail’. Upon clicking ‘send mail’, one bell icon notification box will get opened, and then you need to click on ‘check status’.
  • Once invoices fetched, in the notification box, you will see a ‘send mail’ button. Click on it.
  • Now the mailbox will open, here you need to provide your customer mail id for whom you want to send mail
  • Selected invoices link for csv download already get linked in the mailbox
  • Now you need to click on ‘send’
