IMS Module Update: Discover Our Latest Feature Enhancements

A single button now replaces the separate ‘Generate and Get 2B’ and ‘Get 2B’ options. The system automatically determines and executes the required action based on the GSTIN and FP, ensuring users always access the latest data.

Purpose

To simplify the process and eliminate confusion by merging two actions into one, ensuring users receive updated data effortlessly.

How it Works

  • In the Reconciliation Tab, go to the IMS Bulk Download section under IMS-based purchase recon, select GSTNs, and click on Add.
  • You will see the list of GSTINs selected, along with the “Get” button.
  • Click on the Get button, and the system will automatically fetch the latest data.

After successfully saving data in IMS, an bulk email notification can be sent to vendors for invoices marked as Pending or Rejected.

Purpose

To enhance vendor communication by notifying them about invoice status updates.

How it Works

  • Once the save process is complete, the user will get an option to trigger an email notification to vendors for relevant invoices.

The number of GSTINs that can be viewed at the PAN level has been expanded from 10 to 90.

Purpose

To improve visibility and efficiency by allowing users to analyse results for a larger set of GSTINs.

How it Works

At PAN Level, go to the IMS Recon Results section under IMS-based purchase recon, where the user gets the option to select 90 GSTINs under a single PAN.

The bulk download of action uploads is now available for IMS Reconciliation under bulk operations.

Purpose

To improve accessibility and streamline bulk operations.

How it Works

At PAN Level, go to Bulk Download under bulk operations, and select IMS Reconciliation under return type, select section and GSTIN, apply filters if required, and click on Download.
