GST Notification 79/2020-Central Tax, dated 15.10.2020

The tax payers with turnover upto Rs 5 crore will continue to be exempt from requirement of GST Audit under Section 35(5) of the CGST Act,2017 for turnover upto 5 crores for the financial year 2019-20 also apart from 2018-19.
