GST Notification – 31/2023:
CBIC issued this notification to amend the Notification No. 27/2022 dated 26.12.2022.
Where in notification no. 27/2022 the new words “”and the state of Puducherry”” shall be inserted after the words “” State of Gujarat””
Now the provision of sub-rule (4A) of rule 8 related to Aadhar authentication shall not apply in all the states and union territories except the state of Gujarat and the state of Puducherry.
