GST Notification – 17/2023:

In simple words, the government has decided to give more time to certain registered businesses in the districts of Kutch, Jamnagar, Morbi, Patan, and Banaskantha in Gujarat to submit their tax return for the month of May 2023. The new deadline for them to file the return is the 30th of June, 2023. This decision was made based on the recommendations of the Council.

The new rule becomes effective from the 20th of June, 2023.
