GST Notification 16/2025:

Notification No. 16/2025-Central Tax (Rate) introduces new exemptions for certain services and revises definition and entries in the CGST Rate Notifications, including exemptions for individual health insurance and individual life insurance (and reinsurance thereof), clarifying that local delivery services by or through e-commerce operators are excluded, and refining terms like “Goods Transport Agency” and “Group”.
