Date of Trans 1 ( claiming of ITC in relation to pre gst era) further extended
Section 140 defined timeline related to transactional input tax credit.(Pre GST Regime like service tax ,VAT, Excise etc)
Date of Filling of Trans 1 and reclaim of credit again extended till such time and will be notified in subsequent notification.
In this notification government has inserted a provision giving power to implement finance act changes.
Hence, Enforced Section 128 of Finance Act, 2020 in order to bring amendment in Section 140 of CGST Act w.e.f. 01.07.2017.
