GST Notification – 13/2024:

This notification, No. 13/2024-Central Tax, issued on July 10, 2024, by the Central Government, under rule 8(4B) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, cancels a previous notification (No. 27/2022-Central Tax) from December 26, 2022.

The cancellation is based on recommendations from the GST Council. However, actions taken or not taken before this cancellation remains valid. The new notification takes effect immediately upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
