GST Notification – 6/2025:

GST Notification No. 06/2025 extends the deadline for filing the GSTR-8 statement for December 2024. This statement, which provides details of outward supplies made through e-commerce operators, must now be submitted by January 12, 2025.

The extension is issued under Section 52(4) and Section 168 of the CGST Act, 2017, following the recommendations of the GST Council. It aims to provide additional time for e-commerce operators to comply with filing requirements for the month of December 2024.
