GST Notification – 26/2024:

Notification No. 26/2024-Central Tax, issued on 18th November 2024, extends the due date for filing the GSTR-3B return for October 2024. The new deadline is 21st November 2024 for registered taxpayers whose principal place of business is in Maharashtra and Jharkhand.

This extension applies to taxpayers required to file returns under section 39 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, as per the recommendations of the GST Council.
